We listened ! 
Ever since we had our company approved into Microsoft Web Hosting Gallery with full spotlight status, meaning our platforms are 100% certified for compatibility with Microsoft Web Application Gallery platform, many international customers contacted us and asked to host their domains with VaiSulWeb. At that time, which was on January 2011, there were less than 20 spotlighted companies all over the world and finding a hosting provider to publish your new WebMatrix applications wasn't easy.
We started to receive many inqueries and orders from international customers and many requests for confirmation about our prices for WebMatrix-compatible accounts and support for applications from gallery. We're currently hosting many customers from foreign countries, especially in EU: France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, U.K. and Germany with many more who ask for more information.
Not that this was unexpected at all ! We invested a lot of resources in making our platforms truly global and we have been focused in including support for latest technologies and platforms as soon as they became available for mass market. In the mean time, we're scouting the world to find best datacenters and make our services available from many locations. We recently announced support for two more DCs in EU where our servers will be located, namely Falkestein in Germany and Amsterdam in The Netherlands. We also plan to deliver services to asian market by mid-2012 via new datacenters in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Our international customers base is quickly growing and we decided to provide them a better experience by activating services designed for their own needs. Some of them had trouble times dealing with error messages from ASP and ASP.NET applications because of our settings of our hosting machines which usually run an Italian-localized operating system instance. Some errors and messages were fairly ease to understand but a few of them looked very obscure to non-Italian-speaking customers.
We're pleased to state we listened our international customers. In a couple of weeks, VaiSulWeb will start to provide both Italian-localized and general English-localized hosting accounts at same price and we're sure that will make many very happy ! But wait: there's more !
When our new entry-level VPS offer will be published, customers will be able to choose English-localized versions of Windows 2008 R2 for their VPS and have them provisioned on the fly with your OS of choice, including localization.
We believe that being "truly global" doesn't mean to have our website or control panel localized to your language only but that necessarily include listening to requests and adapting to international customers.
So we listened ! And we adapted !
In a few weeks, VaiSulWeb platforms will be a better place for our international customers !
